Viktor Tennström, Head of Project Development at Evolv, highlights that newly constructed industrial facilities integrate rational production layouts, smart storage solutions, and sustainable energy systems such as solar panels and geothermal heating. Jens S Transmissioner, based in Norrköping, exemplifies this transition by relocating to a new, customized building provided by Evolv. Renting approximately 11,000 square meters within a 17,500 square meter facility, the company prioritizes an improved work environment and energy efficiency. Christoffer Eriksson from Jens S Transmissioner emphasizes sustainability and adaptability as key factors in their decision. Evolv is also planning an additional 45,000 square meter industrial property in the same area to support continued industrial growth.

This development reflects a broader industry trend where companies seek spaces that foster efficient production, streamlined logistics, and long-term sustainability while enhancing workplace appeal to attract skilled personnel. Tennström notes that these projects are designed to overcome the limitations inherent in older industrial setups and meet future industry needs.
