The Way Out West music festival in Göteborg has announced additional artists for its 2026 lineup, promising a rich and diverse music experience. The festival, set to take place from August 13 to 15 in Slottsskogen, will feature newcomers Bonnie 'Prince' Billy, Annahstasia, and Rochelle Jordan, expanding on a strong roster already including big names like Zara Larsson, Lily Allen, The Cure, and Gorillaz. Other notable performers confirmed are Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds and The Xx, making this year’s event one of the most anticipated in recent years.

Meanwhile, the Melodifestivalen 2026 final is gearing up to captivate audiences with a varied lineup of artists and celebrities. The show includes performances from dance band Arvingarna, rapper Greekazo, TV chef Leila Lindholm, and appearances by notable figures such as actor Johan Rabaeus. Hosts Gina Dirawi and Hampus Nessvold expressed excitement about the final act, aiming to deliver a performance that will please a broad audience.

One of the standout Melodifestivalen competitors, Kristofer Greczula, will perform "Half of Me" in the final on March 7, 2026. Greczula shared that Benjamin Ingrosso provided early feedback that helped refine the song, leading to a more dynamic chorus. For his final appearance, Greczula plans a striking stage presence with a new all-white outfit and partly shirtless performance. Having previously placed third, he is optimistic about improving his result this year.
