In Malmö, around 100 demonstrators gathered for an unauthorized protest outside Volvo's facility, aiming to shed light on the company's machinery being used by Israel in Gaza. The protest, which occurred on September 15, 2025, involved blocking employee entrances, hindering access for some workers. Demonstrator Tor Redelius expressed the group’s intentions, stating, "We are here because Israel uses Volvo's machines to demolish the last remaining infrastructure in Gaza, paving the way for the ethnic cleansing and genocide we see on our screens every day." Police were present to monitor the situation but reported no arrests by 8:30 AM despite issuing a dispersal order. Approximately 13 employees managed to enter the premises by 8:00 AM, while Volvo's spokesperson Claes Eliasson acknowledged the gathering as unauthorized and referred inquiries to the police.
