Two Separate Double Murder Cases Spark Shock Across Sweden

Meanwhile, in another chilling incident in Rönninge, a 26-year-old individual named Vilma Andersson has been arrested on suspicion of murder related to the dismemberment of a 25-year-old woman over the Christmas holiday. Vilma, who previously went by the name Hampus Andersson, underwent a notable personal transformation during her time at a transport company, where colleagues described her change from an ordinary demeanor to being "overly cheerful" and secretive about her past. Prior to this, she had a criminal record including convictions for attempted kidnapping and serious child pornography offenses. She has also legally changed her name multiple times, most recently to Vilma, though she has not legally changed her gender. While she denies the murder charges, Vilma has admitted to "serious violations of grave integrity." Former colleagues expressed shock at her arrest, noting that although they felt something was amiss, they never anticipated violent behavior.
