Three Arrested in Connection with Attempted Murder in Lund as Victims Recover

Three individuals have been arrested following an attempted murder incident in Lund that took place on a Thursday afternoon. The incident left two victims—a teenage boy and a man in his twenties—injured by a sharp object, with both victims transported to the hospital in a private vehicle.

Initially, reports from Region Skåne indicated that the older victim had life-threatening injuries. However, police spokesperson Joakim Nyberg later confirmed that both victims are now conscious, talkative, and no longer in life-threatening condition.

The arrests were made during the morning and early afternoon the following day. The suspects are described as young individuals over the age of 15. While police have identified the crime scene, they have not revealed its exact location, though it may be within the part of the Norra Fäladen district that was initially cordoned off on the day of the attack.

Police have not disclosed any information regarding the motive behind the attack. The investigation remains ongoing as authorities continue to gather evidence and question the suspects.
