Swedish Spring Film Premieres to be Showcased in Stockholm on January 21

The Svenska Filminstitutet and Film&TV-Producenterna are set to present the upcoming spring film premieres in a special event at Filmhuset, Stockholm, on January 21, 2026. The session will run from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM, with coffee served from 8:30 AM. Pekka Heino will host the presentation, conducting interviews with key filmmakers and actors involved in the new releases. Charlotta Denward, head of production support at the Filminstitutet, and Eva Hamilton, chair of Film&TV-Producenterna, will also participate in the event.

Attendees will have the opportunity to view trailers for the spring film lineup, making this event a significant preview of Swedish cinema offerings for the season.
