September 2026: Local Festivals in Sweden Celebrate Community and Inclusion

In Malmö’s Sofielund neighborhood, the NGBG street festival runs on September 4 and 5. This free event transforms Norra Grängesbergsgatan and nearby venues into vibrant spaces featuring live music, DJs, street art, and international cuisines. The festival celebrates a DIY cultural spirit and community participation, welcoming visitors of all ages. Attendees are encouraged to use public transport or cycle due to limited parking and street closures.
