Robyn Surprises Fans with Impromptu Pre-Party Performance in Stockholm

Swedish pop star Robyn made a thrilling surprise appearance at the official pre-party ahead of her much-anticipated concert in Stockholm. The event took place on Friday night at Debaser Strand, where Robyn took the stage unexpectedly around midnight, much to the excitement of her fans. This marked her first live performance in Sweden in seven years.

Robyn joined artist Zhala in a live duet and later DJed, leading a sing-along of her hit "Dancing on my own," creating an electrifying atmosphere at the club. Fans were both shocked and ecstatic by the unplanned show, which set an energetic tone for her upcoming concert at the Avicii Arena scheduled for October 17. Despite the enthusiastic reception at the pre-party, ticket sales for the main event have reportedly been slow with the venue not yet sold out.

The concert forms part of Robyn's "The sexistential tour," which was initially planned to include multiple summer shows but has since been consolidated into this singular large event. The pre-party event was also noted for integrating entertainment with a focus on lifestyle, aiming to offer a unique social experience.

Robyn personally addressed the crowd during the surprise set, telling fans, "Ni är bäst!" (You are the best!), underscoring her appreciation for the support after a lengthy hiatus from Swedish stages. This unexpected prelude to her main concert has heightened anticipation and re-engaged fans across Stockholm's vibrant music scene.
