Swedish cleantech firm Medclair, founded in 2013, is on course to transform the healthcare and industrial sectors with its groundbreaking technology that makes nitrous oxide both safe and sustainable. The company has set an ambitious target to increase its revenue tenfold within the next five years, capitalizing on the dual challenge of nitrous oxide's vital medical use and its environmental hazards.

Medclair's technology uniquely captures and neutralizes nitrous oxide at its source, preserving its benefits as a rapid and effective analgesic while eliminating its potent greenhouse gas effects and associated workplace risks. This innovation is especially critical as nitrous oxide is heavily used in healthcare settings such as childbirth, emergency care, and dental procedures.

The company estimates its total addressable market (TAM) in OECD countries at approximately 17 billion SEK, with a serviceable available market (SAM) of about 3 billion SEK focused on hospitals and industries in Europe and select Asian regions. Medclair currently operates over 350 installations across more than 20 countries, demonstrating clear market validation.
