OHB Sweden, a key player in Kista, is spearheading development on small satellites designed to assist the European Union in forecasting and managing extreme weather events. Noteworthy firms include Kebni, specializing in advanced antenna solutions; TERASi, focusing on secure space communication technologies; IRnova, developing infrared sensors for satellites; Brockmann Geomatics, which analyzes environmental data from satellites; and Accurate, which produces durable electronics for space—recently validated on a space rocket launch.
