Healthcare Tops Voter Concerns in Latest November 2025 Swedish Survey

A recent survey conducted by Indikator Opinion for Sveriges Radios Ekot has established healthcare as the foremost issue among Swedish voters, surpassing concerns about law and order. The survey, which included 2,690 interviews in November 2025, found that 20% of respondents identified healthcare as their single most important issue.

When asked which political party possesses the best healthcare policy, one third of those surveyed believed that Socialdemokraterna held this distinction. However, an equal proportion of respondents expressed uncertainty about which party was best equipped to manage healthcare. Meanwhile, law and order ranked as the second most critical voter concern, with Moderaterna and Sverigedemokraterna receiving the highest trust levels at 24% and 23% respectively for their policies in this area.

These findings highlight healthcare's elevated status in Swedish political discourse as the country heads into future policy debates and potential elections. The notable split between voters confident in Socialdemokraterna’s healthcare policies and those undecided suggests a competitive field where healthcare remains an influential issue.
