Hammarby secured a crucial 2-1 victory against AIK in the final Stockholm derby of the Allsvenskan season, keeping their slim championship hopes alive. Nahir Besara scored the first goal at the 40th minute after receiving an assist from Madjed, although the goal was officially credited to Besara. Madjed later doubled the lead in the 59th minute. AIK's Aron Csongvai pulled one back with a stunning free kick in the 79th minute, but it wasn't enough to turn the game.

Hammarby's win means they are the only Stockholm team to win a derby this season, further boosting their morale. However, their chances of clinching the 2025 Allsvenskan title remain slim.
