Finnish Apetit Acquires Swedish Pea Producer Foodhills; Eye World Announces Cybersecurity M&A

Finnish food producer Apetit acquired all shares of the Swedish pea producer Foodhills for a symbolic 100 kronor. Alongside the acquisition, Apetit committed to repaying between 20 to 30 million kronor of loans previously held by the former owners. This set the total valuation of Foodhills at approximately 60 million kronor, marking a noteworthy transaction in the Swedish agricultural business landscape.

Meanwhile, Eye World, a Swedish company specializing in SaaS solutions for cybersecurity, has signed a letter of intent to acquire another cybersecurity firm. Though financial details of this prospective deal were not disclosed, the move aligns with Eye World's previously communicated plans to expand its cybersecurity services, positioning the company for further growth in the tech sector.
