Expandia Moduler AB has introduced an innovative temporary modular housing concept aimed at alleviating the severe housing shortage for young people in Stockholm. Supported by Aimo Park, the largest parking operator in the Nordics, this initiative utilizes central parking spaces to erect prefabricated modular homes.
