Ependion, a Swedish technology company, is actively pursuing an ambitious growth strategy, aiming for at least 10% annual organic growth. This growth is driven by key global megatrends and is supported by strategic acquisitions, particularly in its two main business units: Westermo and Beijer Electronics.

Westermo has solidified its position as a leader in onboard communication networks for trains and is set to benefit from recent cybersecurity regulations that incentivize modernization.
