Anja Norman Appointed Head of Stockholmshem’s Building & Technology to Drive Sustainable Construction

Stockholmshem, one of Stockholm's largest public housing companies, has named Anja Norman as the new head of its Building & Technology department, a key step emphasizing their commitment to sustainable construction and technical management. Norman brings seven years of leadership experience within Stockholmshem, notably as head of Urban Development & New Construction, and has held significant positions at Bonava, Familjebostäder, Riksbyggen, and Einar Mattsson.

The Building & Technology department, employing around 100 staff members, oversees new construction projects, renovations, major maintenance, and technical property management issues such as energy systems, lock systems, elevators, electricity, and plumbing. Norman’s appointment will also see her joining Stockholmshem’s management team, reinforcing leadership aligned with sustainable urban housing development.

This leadership change reflects Stockholmshem’s sustained focus on both housing quality and environmental responsibility in Stockholm’s social housing sector, positioning the company to advance its goals in sustainable city development.
